My old right cushion had flattened out so badly that my ear was rubbing the speaker inside, but this replacement snaps on easily and feels like the headset did when it was brand new. The white color matches perfectly too.

Fits my Atlas 200 perfectly on the right side, and the white color matches the headset like it never needed replacing. It took a bit to snap on, but once it clicked, it felt as snug as the original. Only wish it came with a left one so I could swap both at once.
