My left ear pad was completely flattened and this replacement fits my headset perfectly, the white color matches exactly and it snaps right on without any wiggling. Audio clarity is back to what it was when I first bought the headset, which is all I was hoping for.

Felt softer than the stock pad right out of the box, and the white color matches the headset perfectly. Snapped on without any struggle, took maybe ten seconds. Only gripe is the price feels a bit steep for a single foam piece, but it does the job.
