I was skeptical about a refurb, but the buttons feel crisp and the input response is noticeably snappier than my old pad. The 1000Hz polling rate really does make a difference in close matches—I’ve won a few fights I would’ve lost before.

The trigger response on the face buttons is snappy enough that my jumps and parries land exactly when I press them, not a frame later. For a refurb, the sticks have zero drift and the grips still feel solid after a week of nightly matches.
